The Black Horse Inn - Thurnham, Kent
Tucked beneath the steep face of the North Downs on the Pilgrims Way is The Black Horse, a homely and welcoming Inn adorned with hops and beams with an open log fireplace to welcome you in winter.
The actual age of the Inn is not known, but in the 18th century it may well have been a forge with adjoining barns and stables owned by the Fuller family. Between 1744 and 1751 the buildings were converted to an inn and given the present name. This is a great place for your Civil Ceremony and/or your reception.
